What the decree provides
5,000 TND — individuals
For consumption needs, with no interest, guarantees or guarantor.
10,000 TND — micro-projects
Equipment, operating needs and liquidity for the project.
25,000 TND — enterprises
SMEs and community companies: operations, equipment, raw materials.
Ten days to answer
The bank must decide within ten banking days and justify a refusal. No commission or file fees.
Common questions
What is the honour loan?
A small financing with no interest, no guarantees and no guarantor, created by Decree 148 of 2026 dated 23 July 2026 under Article 412 ter of the Commercial Code. Banks allocate a share of their annual profits to it, and repayment runs to a maximum of two years.
How much can I request?
5,000 dinars for an individual, 10,000 for a micro-project holder, 25,000 for an SME or community company. This tool produces exactly one.
Can the bank ask for a guarantee?
The decree prohibits requiring guarantees or insurance for this financing, and prohibits commission or file-review fees.
How long does the bank have?
Ten banking days at most from the date a complete file is filed, with a duty to justify a refusal. The request text states that deadline explicitly.
Is my data stored?
No. The PDF is produced entirely in your browser, so your ID number and bank account never leave your device. There is no server receiving them.
Is the request enough on its own?
It is the main document, but your branch may ask for attachments — a copy of your ID, bank details, a company registry extract. Check the list with your branch before filing.
